WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement after the Supreme Court allowed a lawsuit by survivors and relatives of those killed in the Sandy Hook shooting against Remington Arms to move forward:
"Today's decision by the Supreme Court will allow the families of those killed during the Sandy Hook massacre to seek justice.
