WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Rep. David Kustoff, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08), announced he is investigating the NCAA due to their history of injustice towards college student athletes. This comes after the NCAA cleared Memphis basketball player James Wiseman to play, and then abruptly took that status back labeling him ineligible.
