BAINBRIDGE, Ohio, Nov. 12 -- Rep. David Joyce, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), through its Rural Cooperative Development program, has awarded a $199,925 grant to THE Ohio State University. This grant will be used to help the University's Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences Center for Cooperatives improve economic conditions in Appalachian areas of Ohio and West Virgi . . .
