WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 -- Sen. Jack Reed, D-Rhode Island, issued the following news release:
Senators Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) and Ed Markey (D-Mass.), members of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, and Senator Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) introduced the Stadiums Operating under New Guidance (SONG) Act, which gives the Federal Aviation Administration the authority to issue Temporary Flight Restrictions for concerts and other events held at stadiums across the count . . .
