NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Nov. 8 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Tennessee Field Office issued the following news release:
Corn production in Tennessee is forecast at 160 million bushels, down 1 percent from the October forecast and up 38 percent from the previous crop. Yield was estimated at 174.0 bushels per acre, down 1.0 bushels from last month and up 6.0 bushels from the 2018 level. Acres for harvest as grain were estimated at 920, . . .
