Sen. Menendez Issues Statement on FEMA Decision to Delay Risk Rating 2.0

WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following statement after the Federal Emergency Management Agency announced it was delaying the implementation of Risk Rating 2.0:
