WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- Sens. Christopher Murphy, D-Connecticut, and Richard Blumenthal, D-Connecticut, issued the following joint statement after William Nardini was confirmed by the Senate to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit:
