NEW YORK, Nov. 7 -- The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation issued the following news release:
NYC Parks Commissioner Mitchell J. Silver, FAICP, today joined Community Board 1 District Manager Cedric Loftin, third-graders from the Heketi Community Charter School, and members of the community to break ground on phase two of the Anchor Parks project at St. Mary's Park in the Bronx.
