ALBANY, New York, Nov. 7 -- Albany County issued the following news:
Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy today recognized two veterans who proudly and valiantly served their country, and upon their return home, their communities, at his Honor a Living Veteran ceremony.
Twice a year, County Executive McCoy highlights local veterans for their service to our country, and this ceremony featured Howard J. Fox and Jack Marcil.
