WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, a member of the House Judiciary and Foreign Affairs committees, issued the following statement on what he calls the Republicans' efforts to intimidate whistleblower President Trump's phone call with President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine::
"Although intimidating a federal whistleblower is a crime, it's clear that won't deter some Republicans in Congress, and even the President's eldest son, from attempting to silence . . .
