WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- Sen. Christopher Murphy, D-Connecticut, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement on the reconciliation agreement between the Saudi-backed government in Yemen and the Southern Transitional Council:
On Wednesday, Murphy also met with Saudi Arabia's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir to discuss the Riyadh agreement and the potential for a broader peace deal in Yemen.
