COLUMBIA, Missouri, Nov. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service Missouri office issued the following news release:
During a special month-long campaign called "No Tillage November", the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is encouraging Missouri farmers to "keep the stubble" on their harvested crop fields and improve soil health.
