WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following op-ed on President Trump decision to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris climate accord, which was provided to USA Today:
