Sen. Fischer, Rep. Bacon Issue Statements on $16.9 Million Transportation Grant for Omaha 120th Street Project

WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Nebraska, a member of the Senate Commerce Committee and the chairman of the Transportation and Safety Subcommittee, and Rep. Don Bacon, R-Nebraska, issued the following statements after the Department of Transportation announced a $16.9 million Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development Grant to widen 120th Street in Omaha to a four lane divided street:
