WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- Rep. Steve Womack, R-Arkansas, ranking Republican member of the House Budget Committee, issued the following statement on the Senate Budget Committee approval of the Bipartisan Congressional Budget Reform Act (S. 2765):
