Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today cut the ribbon on the completed Albany International Airport Transportation Corridor. Opening to motorists today is the much anticipated northbound Exit 3 flyover ramp, as well as newly configured Exits 4 and 5 off and on ramps that provide more direct access to local roads and the Northway.
