WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- Rep. Kurt Schrader, D-Oregon, issued the following statement on the Trump administration's decision to withdraw from the Paris Agreement, an international agreement to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate global warming:
