WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- The Senate Judiciary Committee issued the following testimony by Member Sheldon Whitehouse, D-Rhode Island, at a hearing entitled "How Corporations and Big Tech Leave Our Data Exposed to Criminals, China, and Other Bad Actors":
