NEW YORK, Nov. 5 -- The Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres issued the following statement by Gautam Chatterjee, representative in Somalia and Somaliland:
Heavy rains in late October have caused widespread flooding in Somalia, displacing close to 270,000 people.
