CBO Issues Cost Estimate for Divisional Realignment for the Eastern District of Arkansas Act

WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 -- The Congressional Budget Office issued the following cost estimate:
H.R. 1123 would realign the U.S. District Court of Eastern Arkansas by condensing five divisions within that district into three.
Using information provided by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, CBO estimates that implementing the act would increase administrative costs by an insignificant amount.
