GILBERT, Arizona, Nov. 2 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, issued the following statement after the Treasury indicated that U.S. national debt breached $23 trillion for the first time in history:
"Yesterday's news about the national debt's latest 'milestone' won't grab a lot of headlines at all, but it should frighten every American.
