WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Texas, chairman of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee, issued the following statement after President Trump notified the United Nations that the U.S. intends to withdraw from the Paris climate agreement:
