AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 5 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
Survivors who registered with FEMA for disaster assistance because they were affected by Tropical Storm Imelda will receive a determination letter explaining the eligibility decision and the reason for that decision. If approved, it will state the dollar amount of the grant and how the funds should be used and when ineligible, the letter explains . . .
