Shenandoah Telecommunications Set to Join S&P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, Nov. 4 -- S&P Dow Jones Indices, a division of S&P Global, issued the following news release:

Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. (NASD: SHEN) will replace Genomic Health Inc. (NASD: GHDX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the open of trading on Friday, November 8. Exact Sciences Corp. (NASD:EXAS) is acquiring Genomic Health in a transaction expected to be completed soon pending final conditions.
