NEW YORK, Nov. 4 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, JP Morgan, Natixis and Standard Chartered Bank, as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners, on the 144A/Reg S offering by Banque Ouest Africaine de Developpement (BOAD) of its Euros830 million 4.70% notes due 2031.
White & Case also advised certain banks on the hedging arrangements established by BOAD to cover the currency risk . . .
