NEWARK, New Jersey, Nov. 4 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release:
The former senior vice president of sales at Cinelli Iron & Metal Co. (CIMCO) was sentenced today to 30 months in prison for participating in a 17-year conspiracy that defrauded customers out of millions of dollars, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
