WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on President Trump pulling out from the Paris Climate Accord:
"We're witnessing devastating fires in California, melting in the Alaskan tundra, and horrific tropical storm surges on America's coasts.
"Changing conditions put our agriculture, water supply, and health at greater risk.
