NEW YORK, Nov. 4 -- The Alliance for Downtown New York issued the following news release:
Lower Manhattan leasing activity was up 38% over the five-year quarterly average and was driven in large part by small and midsize deals under 100,000 sq. ft that accounted for 70% of all new activity -- including nearly a third of which were small deals under 25,000 sq. ft., according to the Alliance for Downtown New York's Q3 2019 Lower Manhattan Real Estate Market Report.
