WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement blasting the Trump administration for submitting a notification to the United Nations initiating the process of withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris Climate Accord:
