CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee, Nov. 4 -- The Tennessee Valley Authority issued the following news release:
Emergency responders from federal, state and local agencies will join Tennessee Valley Authority personnel in an emergency preparedness exercise involving the Watts Bar nuclear plant on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
The exercise is part of an ongoing series of training drills and exercises required by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to ensure an effective and coordinated response . . .
