WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following event notification (No. 54354) involving Schmucker, Paul, Nohr and Associates, Mitchell, South Dakota:
DAMAGED MOISTURE DENSITY GAUGE
While in use on a job site with the source extended, a Troxler Model 3430 moisture density gauge was damaged by a skid loader. The source was able to be retracted into the shielded area of the gauge but the shield cannot be closed due to damage to the bottom shie . . .
