WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Coast Guard issued the following news release:

The Coast Guard's last known recoverable POW/MIA from WWII was laid to rest during a ceremony in Buffalo, New York Saturday.
