WASHINGTON, Nov. 1 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, issued the following statement on the Trump administration's proposed rule allowing Health and Human Services Department to grant recipients to continue getting taxpayer funding even if they discriminate against LGBTQ families:
