Today, Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) applauded the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's (ASMFC) Atlantic Striped Bass Board's adoption of a policy that will achieve agreed upon conservation goals while treating New Jersey's fishing industry fairly.
The decision establishes fair catch limits and allows states to submit their own conservation equivalent plans. . . .
