RALEIGH, North Carolina, Nov. 1 -- The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services issued the following news release:

The N.C. Structural Pest Control Committee approved settlement agreements for three cases in Henderson County at its recent meeting in Raleigh.

Following are the agreements:
