WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Rep. Patrick T. McHenry, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement on his vote against a House resolution (H.Res. 660) to authorize impeachment proceedings against President Trump:
"Democrats have proven time and time again that they are willing to do whatever it takes to undo the results of the 2016 election. First they tried the Mueller Report.
"When that failed to implicate the President in wrongdoing they moved on to selective . . .
