KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, Nov. 1 -- Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following statement on the selection of Stephen Hahn to lead the Food and Drug Administration:
