WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Rep. Lizzie Fletcher, D-Texas, issued the following statement on her vote in favor of the resolution directing committees of jurisdiction to continue their investigations as part of the existing House of Representatives impeachment inquiry and establishing further procedures:
