WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, issued the following statement after voting against House Democrats impeachment inquiry resolution:
"Speaker Pelosi's vote on impeachment proceedings was pure political theater by Democrats. This has never been about a fair or transparent process, and their attempt to paint it that way is disingenuous.
"From the very beginning, they have blocked the American public and Members of Congress from viewing eviden . . .
