WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Rep. K. Michael Conaway, R-Texas, issued the following statement after voting against the impeachment inquiry resolution (H.Res. 660):
"This is anything but a fair and transparent impeachment process. It is designed by the Democrats to benefit the Democrats, and it falls far below the standards laid out in the oath we as Members of Congress vowed to uphold.
