U.S. Senators Ben Cardin (D-Md.), Mark Warner (D-Va.), Tim Kaine (D-Va.), and Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) joined Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) to introduce resolutions honoring the Washington Nationals' first World Series title in franchise history.
