ALBANY, New York, Oct. 31 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York, Grant C. Jaquith, issued the following news release:
Gerwin Schalk, age 48, of Albany, pled guilty today to making false statements on conflict of interest certifications he submitted in connection with National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants.
