Western Carolina University's Office of Professional Growth and Enrichment is offering a Grant Writing Certificate Program from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Monday, Dec. 9, and continuing through Thursday, Dec. 12, at the university's Biltmore Park site in Asheville.
