WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Sens. Bill Cassidy, R-Louisiana, and Chris Murphy, D-Connecticut, members of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following statement after the Food and Drug Administration released its report entitled "Drug Shortages: Root Causes and Potential Solutions":
