ALBANY, New York, Oct. 30 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:
In September, the Office of the State Comptroller approved 1,703 contracts for state agencies and public authorities valued at $2 billion and approved nearly 3 million payments worth more than $12.9 billion.
