WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement after introducing the CTE Outcome Data Enhancement Act with Rep. Dan Bishop, R-North Carolina:
"Apprenticeships play an integral role in preparing the next generation of American workers. With more job openings than job seekers for the first time in our country's history, it's imperative that there are high salary, low-debt learning opportunities available to students from all backgrounds.
