WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks at the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology hearing entitled "Repurposing the C-Band to Benefit All Americans":
