KISSIMMEE, Florida, Oct. 29 -- The Florida Department of Financial Services issued the following news release:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jimmy Patronis today announced the arrest of Dr. Celestino Santi of Accident Care Center of Boggy Creek for allegedly defrauding nine auto insurance companies out of more than $500,000 in unlicensed medical billing.
