PORTLAND, Oregon, Oct. 29 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service Oregon office issued the following news release:
USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking public comments on 13 conservation practice standards.
