WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following statement marking the seventh anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, which devastated much of New Jersey and displaced thousands from their homes and businesses:
"It may be seven years since Hurricane Sandy destroyed homes and businesses across New Jersey, but I have never forgotten the hardships New Jerseyans have faced in its aftermath.
"We stood strong to fight for the federal funds . . .
